After a year of working on it, I'm finally releasing my first collection, Desi Archive.

The collection was born from a desire to preserve the beauty and meaning behind South Asian culture in a more intentional way. Over time, I saw so many traditional prints and designs being recreated without acknowledgment of where they came from. I wanted to create pieces that felt rooted in heritage rather than trends, designs with story, identity, and purpose behind them.

Everything is thoughtfully designed in Pakistan through a slower approach to fashion that values craftsmanship, longevity, and culture over mass production.

For me, Modest Edit isn’t just about scarves. It’s about modesty without compromise, style without discomfort, and creating a space where women feel confident, seen, and connected to both themselves and their roots.

This brand is a small way of carrying culture forward so it never fades away.
